Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. What we collect

Your spreadsheet data never leaves your computer. When you load a CSV or XLSX file into Qinsio, the file content is processed locally inside your web browser using Web Workers. No file content, column metadata, row records, or cell values are ever transmitted to our servers or any third-party services. We do not store, log, or have access to any portion of your data.

2. What we don't collect

We do not require accounts, logins, or registration to use Qinsio. We do not track you across other web services, nor do we run analytics on the content of the spreadsheets you clean. There are no cookies associated with spreadsheet processing.

3. Website analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool, to understand aggregate site traffic (page views, referral sources, and general usage trends). Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect or store any personal data, and cannot track you across other websites. It has no access to and does not interact with any file you upload or process using this tool — that processing happens entirely in your browser and is never observed by any analytics system.

4. Fonts and external resources

This website loads fonts directly from Google Fonts. This is a standard external resource request that enables consistent typography across different operating systems. Google Fonts requests do not receive, process, or have access to any spreadsheet data loaded into the application.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any future updates will be posted directly to this page with an updated revision date.
