1. Using Qinsio
Qinsio is provided to you free of charge as a local utility tool for cleaning, deduping, and comparing spreadsheet files (CSV and XLSX formats). By using the application, you agree to these terms.
2. No warranty
This software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Qinsio processes spreadsheets using deterministic logic in your browser, but we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any operations. Because Qinsio is designed for accounting and finance workflows, you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated outputs before relying on them for business, tax, ledger, or financial decisions.
3. Your data
All spreadsheet processing happens locally on your computer. We do not have access to, receive, copy, or retain your spreadsheets or files. Because your data remains local, you retain complete ownership and responsibility for compliance with any data sharing policies, regulations, or NDA commitments applicable to your files.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or exploit the operations of the site. Since the application runs in your browser using your machine's CPU, any overload of performance affects only your local device.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted to this page with an updated revision date.
